USING CWM 5 TO FLASH ROMS ON GALAXY FIT?

CWM 5 Recovery is used to flash(install) custom roms,ports hacked apps on an android device.

It is a step by step guide to explain flashing custom roms on your android devices.

NOTE:

Make sure you have a CWM recovery already flashed on your device.If not then read the post

HOW TO FLASH CWM RECOVERY ON GALAXY FIT GTS 5670.

BY DOING THIS YOUR WARRANTY IS GOING TO GET VOID.FOLLOW EACH STEP CAREFULLY.IF YOUR PHONE GETS BRICKED I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.YOU ARE DOING THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

STEP 1)Download the .RAR file of the custom ROM which you have to flash.
STEP 2)Copy it to your SD card
STEP 3)Disconnect your phone.
STEP 4)Press and Hold HOME + POWER key of your Phone.This will take your phone in RECOVERY MODE.

         USE VOLUME ROCKER KEYS FOR UP-DOWN ACTION AND HOME KEY TO SELECT               AND POWER KEY FOR BACK.

STEP 5)Move down to WIPE DATA CACHE and select it.Then select Yes.

STEP 6)Move down to WIPE CACHE PARTITION and select it.Then select Yes.

STEP 7)Move down to INSTALL ZIP FROM SD and select it.

STEP 8)Select CHOOSE ZIP FROM SD CARD.

STEP 9)Navigate to the directory where you copied your .RAR file on sd card and select it.
STEP 10)Let the setup run.It'll take a few minutes.
STEP 11)Come back to main menu using POWER key.
STEP 12)Again Move down to WIPE DATA CACHE and select it.Then select Yes.
STEP 13)Again Move down to WIPE CACHE PARTITION and select it.Then select Yes.




STEP 14)Move Up to REBOOT SYSTEM NOW.

You have successfully flashed the Rom on your Galaxy fit.
